I had a lovely time at the hotel, enjoying its prime location just a stone's throw from the beach and all the vibrant nightlife nearby. The rooms offer stunning views, especially from the ones with balconies. However, the dining experience was hit and miss, with some meals lacking in quality. While I appreciated the pools and recreational areas, the overall facilities could use some improvement to enhance guest comfort.

While the hotel's location is truly brilliant, right at the start of the Magaluf strip and right on the beach, the overall experience was marred by a lack of family-oriented activities and disappointing dining options. The noise from drunken guests was quite bothersome, and the rooms felt outdated. Additionally, the all-inclusive package turned out to be quite restricted, which was frustrating for many guests.
