excellent location good selection poor insulation unpleasant smell
The hotel location was excellent. it was right on the beach and near all the bars and restaurants, though it was a short walk to palmanova too. i found the breakfast to have a good selection. It was quite varied. the room was clean and functional.
The sound insulation in the older part of the hotel was very poor. a constant unpleasant smell came from the bathroom, and noise from the hallways was unbearable, unfortunately. the front desk service was disappointing. A taxi i needed never arrived, and no one followed up. room hygiene was below expectations.

superb stay
clean room jacuzzi bath beach access helpful staff
the room was spacious and very clean! i appreciated having everything i needed in the junior suite, including two tvs and the jacuzzi bath. the hotel's proximity to the beach was a major plus, offering easy access for relaxation and activities. i also found the male staff to be particularly lovely and helpful.
the pillows in the room felt a bit too firm for my liking.

the hotel is directly on the beach, a great convenience for beach lovers! palma nova is just around the corner, offering additional dining and entertainment options. this location provides easy access to various attractions.

Staff at the reception were very friendly. Though the parking was expensive! they provided quick and efficient service. the staff readily answered questions and addressed any concerns that arose .

the spa centre was a nice bonus. i used spa entries everyday which was really relaxing after all day of sight seeing. the hotel provides spa access and a gym.

i found the location superb, with direct access to the beach. the staff proved helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. i liked the sea view from my room, it added to the experience. the breakfast was a good way to start the day, with a reasonable selection.
The elevator service was sometimes a little slow. This sometimes caused minor delays during peak hours.

The twin room had comfortable beds. It included a balcony with outdoor furniture. the room also featured a modern bathroom with separate sinks. adequate space allowed easy movement, a convenient layout.

the staff promptly addressed any questions i raised. the front desk provided efficient check-in and check-out service. staff ensured a comfortable stay, consistently. staff interactions were always friendly and professional.

The location was really good, right on the beach. the breakfast was also fantastic. It offered a generous variety of foods. i really liked having easy access to the sea.
The gym equipment wasn't properly maintained. The pulley system was unusable. the air conditioning didn't function in the gym. i think they should fix these problems.

large balcony beneficial location
The hotel location is beneficial near the beach. Our room had a large balcony. I could see the sunrise from it.
The outdoor pool was not very large. The spa was very tiny. It only had a jacuzzi, small pool, and sauna.
